Conditions of stay
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
For direct booking requests (website, telephone and e-mail), the reservation is accepted only after our confirmation email.
*To confirm the reservation for stays up to 3 nights, excluding groups of more than 4 people.

- Free cancellation
- No credit card needed
CHECK-IN
The day of arrival, the rooms will be available from 14:00 to 22:30 (it is preferable to inform the Reception of the time of arrival).
It is possible to ask fo Night Check-in (from 22:30 to 07:00) or Early Check-in (from 07:00 to 14:00), subject to availability agreed with the Reception and with a surcharge.
CHECK-OUT
The departure day, rooms must be vacated by 10:00.
It is possible to make Late Check-Out (by 12:00) or Evening Check-Out (by 19:00), subject to availability agreed by the Reception and with a surcharge
RECEPTION HOURS
Reception is open from 09:00 to 22:30.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment:
- Paypal;
- Satyspay;
- Credit/Debit Card:: Visa, Diners, MasterCard, Maestro;
- Cash (within the legal limit);
- Bank transfer (to be agreed with the Reception);
CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING
Cancellations must be notified at least 24h before date of arrival in writing to info@orizzontemhotel.com.
We will respond to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. We will reply to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. After 24h you will have to pay the amount of the room of the first night for stays longer than 2 nights.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms.
PETS
Access to small pets is allowed with the payment of a supplement for cleaning the room of € 20 at check out.
